Clients are provided custom access to our Patient Portal prior to their first appointment. This online tool is used to update demographic and insurance information, view upcoming scheduled appointments, receive and complete assessments, updating releases of information, homework and tasks assigned in accordance with their treatment plan, and communicate directly and securely with staff.  If you are an existing client, you may access your secure client portal below.
